The Select II Lace-Up Boxing Gloves aren’t a reinvention of the Boxing Glove. They’re an evolution of the glove that earned its reputation for comfort, balance, protection, and natural feel.

We kept what worked and refined what could be better.

Select II starts with an upgraded leather that’s slightly thicker and more durable while preserving the soft, broken-in feel the Select is known for. The difference is intentionally subtle in your hands, but meaningful over time. With proper care and normal training use, we estimate the new leather can deliver 2x the longevity of the original.

Inside, the familiar Select experience remains: a soft liner, natural hand position, excellent weight distribution, and our triple-layer punch foam that protects without taking away the feedback you want from your punches.

We’ve also increased ventilation around the fingers and inner thumb to improve airflow during longer sessions. It’s still a boxing glove, it’s going to get warm, but the additional perforations help the glove breathe better as the rounds add up.

Visually, Select II takes a more refined approach. The oversized solid branding of the original has been replaced by a clean, hollow-outline MK1 logo, complemented by understated II embroidery at the wrist. Less branding. More restraint. The same identity.

What’s New With Select II

1. Upgraded Leather — Softer premium genuine leather with increased thickness and durability, engineered to age better without sacrificing the feel of the original Select.
2. Built to Last Longer — With proper care and normal training use, we estimate the improved leather can provide approximately 2–3x the longevity of the original Select.
3. Improved Ventilation — Additional ventilation holes around the fingers and inner thumb increase airflow and help manage heat during longer training sessions.
4. Updated Branding — A hollow-outline MK1 logo and minimal II embroidery give Select II a cleaner, more understated appearance.
5. The Same Select Fit — We didn't change the glove just to call it new. The comfortable hand compartment, natural fist position, balance, and wrist support that defined the original remain at the heart of Select II.
6. Triple-Layer Protection — Our proven triple-layer punch foam delivers the protection needed for hard training while maintaining the punch feedback that made the Select such a versatile all-around glove.
7. Handmade Construction — Each pair is handmade with careful attention to leather selection, stitching, padding, and finishing.

Select II takes everything we learned from the original, from our own experience and, more importantly, from the people who trained in it, and turns those refinements into a glove designed to feel familiar from the first round and hold up better through the rounds that follow.
